During the technical trip to Amasya Sugar Factory on 22.11.2023, our students had the opportunity to observe the sugar production process from sugar beet with the valuable contributions of the factory managers and employees. Head of Chemical Engineering Department Prof. Dr. Feza GEYİKÇİ, Assoc. Dr. With the contributions of Gediz UĞUZ and the Process Community and the participation of 35 students, a very productive technical trip was organized where our students found answers to their questions and examined the details of the sugar process.
