Our University's Faculty of Engineering, Department of Chemical Engineering, Prof. Dr. Selim Ceylan was appointed as a working group member to the "CA20127: Waste biorefinery technologies for accelerating sustainable energy processes" action of the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) program.
A consortium will be formed for scientists from different countries with the CA20127 action call, whose main purpose is to develop sustainable energy production processes from waste. In this direction, the CA20127 action aims to encourage joint studies and support projects by increasing scientific awareness that will reveal the value of biomass and other wastes.
We congratulate our academician and wish him success in his active work.
